The Contact Centre Apprenticeship is designed for anyone working
in a contact centre environment either new to the industry or for
experienced staff. It covers all areas including call handling
(incoming and outbound), IT support, helpdesk and training. There
are only two core units with the rest of the qualification made
from optional units, making it very flexible and allowing you to
select relevant content that focuses on your everyday tasks.
The Telesales Apprenticeship is suitable for both new starters and
experienced people within the industry. The qualification is made
up of Level 2 NVQ with three mandatory and three optional units. In
addition to this either ERR (Employment Rights and
Responsibilities), a Key Skill at level 2 or an additional NVQ unit
(at level 2 or above) is also included.
