Employer Services

Having specialised in the training sector for many years, employers working with ourselves are able to access expert advice and many bespoke services we provide, including:

  • Account management
Babcock has an Account Management team available to key accounts that manage all aspects of the account directly with employers. The team deals with any issues and ensures that Babcock is providing the necessary services on an on-going basis.

  • Apprenticeship Matching Service
Babcock can assist employers with the recruitment of new Apprentices, we can place apprenticeship vacancies you may have free of charge upon the government website.  Employers just need to complete this vacancy form and our adminstration team will ensure new vacancies are placed on the website and send any applications direct to you on a daily basis.

  • Customer service
Babcock's Customer Services Team ensures that all customers are dealt with and communicated with as efficiently and effectively as possible.  The team are based centrally and available from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm daily, by either telephone or email.

  • Management information
Babcock holds general information on all its learners on approved customer relationship management software systems, which enables us to provide customers with details of the progress of their employees towards their qualifications.  Accessing this information couldn't be easier - we can supply customers with a secure login to access the progress of their employees through this website.

  • Mapping training courses
Where employers deliver their own in-house training courses, Babcock would map these to the NVQ framework, to reduce duplication and reduce the time taken to complete the qualification.

  • Marketing literature
Babcock can provide employers with posters and leaflets to promote the training internally and provide information regarding the training courses.  All these materials can be joint branded if required with your logo and colour schemes.  Other communication tools such as website links, newsletters, case studies and press releases will be utilised to maximise the exposure of the programme both internally and externally. This may also include coverage of the learners who are involved in competitions or profiles of individuals on programme.

  • Skills 4 Life, Basic Skills and Additional Learner Support
Following the Initial Assessment of learners, if any basic/additional skills are identified, Babcock will provide dedicated Vocational Learning Advisors who are experienced in supporting learners to overcome these requirements.

  • Additional training requirements
If customers require any alternative training - such as Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities etc, Babcock have access to a vast array of Training Resources which Employers can utilise.
